# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a medium bowl or jar, mix rolled oats and chia seeds with creamy peanut butter until evenly distributed.
02 - Pour in milk and stir thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency, then mix in honey or maple syrup.
03 - Gently fold in sliced banana, taking care not to mash the pieces.
