Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour batter to form small pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Make at least six pancakes.

In a greased baking dish, layer pancakes, cooked sausage, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Repeat layers, finishing with a pancake on top.

Optionally, pour additional maple syrup over the top layer.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10 to 15 minutes to warm through and blend flavors.
