Egg Cheese Toast Air Fryer (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

→ Bread

01 - 2 slices thick sourdough or sandwich bread

→ Egg and Cheese

02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 120 ml shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

→ Seasoning

04 - 15 g unsalted butter (optional)
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste
07 - Fresh parsley or chives (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the air fryer to 190°C and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - Lightly spread butter on one side of each bread slice and press a shallow well into the center of the buttered side.
03 - Carefully crack one egg into each well on the bread slices.
04 - Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly around the egg whites on each slice.
05 - Place the prepared bread slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until egg whites are set and cheese is melted.
