# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Cook the long-grain rice according to package instructions until tender.
02 - Combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl; whisk until smooth.
03 - Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
04 - Pour the prepared sauce over the beef, bringing to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens and beef is fully cooked, about 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Incorporate pineapple chunks into the skillet and heat through evenly.
06 - Serve the beef and pineapple mixture atop the cooked rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
