# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart continuously. Drain excess grease to avoid sogginess.
02 - Grease a baking dish and evenly arrange half of the frozen tater tots across the bottom to form a crispy foundation.
03 - Distribute the cooked sausage evenly over the tater tot layer, then sprinkle the diced onions on top.
04 - Spread a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the sausage and onions, then top with the remaining tater tots for a crispy upper layer.
