01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 60 grams breadcrumbs
03 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 15 grams chopped parsley
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 5 milliliters garlic powder
07 - 5 milliliters onion powder
08 - Salt to taste
09 - Pepper to taste

10 - 225 grams egg noodles
11 - 480 milliliters beef broth
12 - 240 milliliters sour cream
13 - 15 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
14 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly incorporated.
02 - Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs. Heat a skillet over medium flame and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
03 - Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Drain thoroughly to remove excess water.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
05 - In a baking dish, mix cooked noodles and browned meatballs evenly. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the top and then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
