# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook rice with water in a rice cooker or pot until tender and sticky.
02 - Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl and stir until completely dissolved.
03 - Transfer cooked rice to a large bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture. Allow rice to cool to room temperature.
04 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
05 - Press the seasoned rice firmly into a greased 20 cm round pan or directly on the baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust approximately 1.25 cm thick.
06 - Lightly brush the rice crust with sesame oil to enhance flavor and promote crispiness.
07 - Bake the rice crust for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bottom turns golden and crisp.
08 - Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly. Arrange diced sashimi, sliced avocado, drizzle spicy mayonnaise and soy sauce, then sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds evenly over the top.
09 - Serve immediately with pickled ginger and wasabi on the side.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best results, use fresh sashimi-grade fish and allow the rice to cool properly before shaping to prevent sogginess.
