01 - 227 grams fresh strawberries, chilled and hulled
02 - 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
03 - 225 grams frozen pineapple

04 - 150 grams coconut Greek yogurt
05 - 300 to 360 milliliters unsweetened coconut milk beverage

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Puree the chilled strawberries in a food processor until smooth.
02 - Combine frozen banana, frozen pineapple, coconut Greek yogurt, and 300 milliliters of coconut milk in a blender; blend until homogeneous. If the mixture is too thick, incorporate an additional 60 milliliters of coconut milk to reach the desired consistency.
03 - Pour the pineapple blend into serving glasses to approximately one third of their volume.
04 - Add spoonfuls of the strawberry puree to each glass and gently create a swirl using a butter knife.
05 - Repeat layering pineapple blend followed by strawberry puree two more times, ending with the strawberry layer on top.
06 - Serve immediately for optimal flavor and texture, or blend all ingredients together if a uniform smoothie is preferred.
