Strawberry Colada Drink (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 310–360 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
02 - 150 g coconut Greek yogurt
03 - 225 g frozen pineapple chunks
04 - 1 banana, ripe, peeled and frozen
05 - 225 g strawberries, fresh, chilled, hulled

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab your serving glasses so they're waiting for those tasty layers.
02 - Pop your chilled strawberries in a food processor. Blitz until they're silky-smooth.
03 - Toss your frozen banana, pineapple, yogurt, and 310 ml coconut milk into your blender. Blend till everything's nice and smooth. If it's too thick, go ahead and splash in up to 50 ml more milk for that dreamy creamy vibe.
04 - Pour some pineapple mixture into each glass, about a third up. Add some of that strawberry sauce. Swirl it all together with your butter knife, but don't overdo it.
05 - Do a second and third layer, swapping between more pineapple blend and strawberry sauce. Always finish with a bit of that bright strawberry swirl on top to make it pop.
06 - Dig in right away so it keeps that cool layered look and best taste. Want it all one texture? Just toss everything in the blender and hit go!
