Set oven to 175°C and grease a 23x23 cm baking dish.

Mix rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until evenly distributed.

Whisk milk, Greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.

Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.

Blend softened cream cheese with milk until smooth to create the swirl.

Pour half the oat mixture into the dish. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top, then cover with remaining oat mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden on top and set inside. Test doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.

Let cool slightly before serving. Optionally top with extra fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
