# Ingredients Required:

→ Base

01 - 240 g rolled oats
02 - 4 g baking powder
03 - 2.5 g salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 240 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
05 - 120 g Greek yogurt
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 50 g brown sugar
08 - 5 ml vanilla extract

→ Fruits

09 - 150 g fresh strawberries, sliced

→ Cream Cheese Swirl

10 - 115 g cream cheese, softened
11 - 15 ml milk

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven to 175°C and grease a 23x23 cm baking dish.
02 - Mix rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until evenly distributed.
03 - Whisk milk, Greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 - Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
05 - Blend softened cream cheese with milk until smooth to create the swirl.
06 - Pour half the oat mixture into the dish. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top, then cover with remaining oat mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
07 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden on top and set inside. Test doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
08 - Let cool slightly before serving. Optionally top with extra fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
