Mango Lemon Sparkle (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 960 ml regular or sparkling water, pick what you like
02 - 240 ml cold water
03 - 80 ml squeezed lemon juice, fresh works best
04 - 150 g extra-fine sugar
05 - 390 g blended mango (grab canned or make your own puree)

# How to Make It:

01 - Toss the syrup into your pitcher and mix well. Pop it in the fridge if you want it icy cold or serve right away over cubes. If it's been in the fridge, just give it another quick stir before pouring since things settle.
02 - Now, bit by bit, pour in the sparkling or still water (960 ml), making sure you stir the whole time. That way, everything gets blended just right.
03 - Add that mango puree and lemon juice in a big jug, stirring them together until everything looks totally mixed up and smooth.
04 - Put 240 ml water with sugar (150 g) in a pot on medium heat. Keep stirring. Once the sugar melts and the mix starts bubbling, pull it from the burner.
05 - Let your syrup hang out for a while after heating up, so it isn't hot when you mix. Take your time with this step.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Try juicy, golden mangoes or the good canned kind for awesome flavor. You can swap out some sugar or add a bit more to hit the sweetness you like best.
