# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup crushed Fritos corn chips
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 avocado, diced
04 - 1 cup diced tomato (Roma or cherry)
05 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
06 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or grilled)

→ Sauce & Wrap Base

07 - 4 big flour tortillas
08 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
09 - 1/2 cup salsa (medium or chunky works best)
10 - 1/2 cup sour cream

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab a mixing bowl and stir together sour cream, taco seasoning, and salsa until it's nice and smooth.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean spot. Spread a good spoonful of that sauce on the lower half, leaving a bit of space around the edges for folding.
03 - Scatter shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, diced avocado, tomato, and lettuce evenly over the saucy part.
04 - Sprinkle some crushed Fritos over everything, then drizzle another spoonful of sauce on top to kick up the taste.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tight starting from the bottom so nothing falls out.
06 - Do the same with the rest of the tortillas and ingredients. Cut each wrap diagonally and eat right away so the crunch stays fresh.
