# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large bowl, mix 15 milliliters olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
02 - Preheat the grill. Toss trimmed asparagus in 15 milliliters olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with slight char.
