05 - 20 g grated Parmesan cheese

08 - 1.25 g black pepper
09 - 0.5 g crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large bowl, combine 15 ml olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.
02 - Preheat grill. Drizzle asparagus with 15 ml olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
03 - Place marinated shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until bright pink and opaque.
04 - In a skillet over medium heat, combine remaining minced garlic and heavy cream. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth. Add leftover marinade to enhance flavor if desired.
