17 - 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
18 - 1 green onion, sliced (approximately 1 tablespoon)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, 3/4 teaspoon salt, sugar, oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Add warm water and 2 tablespoons oil, mixing until a smooth dough forms. Adjust flour as needed to prevent stickiness. Knead on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until elastic.
02 - Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into bite-sized pieces.
04 - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll out the risen dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic powder, and dried parsley until combined.
06 - Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough. Distribute the cooked bacon and sliced green onion on top. Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the toppings.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the crust is golden brown.
