In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, optional green bell pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until homogenous.

Portion mixture into approximately 2.5 cm diameter meatballs by rolling with hands.

Space meatballs evenly on prepared baking sheet to avoid crowding.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges brown and internal temperature reaches 71°C.

About 5 minutes before baking completion, brush meatballs with a glaze made from 30 g ketchup and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.

Remove from oven and let rest briefly before serving warm with preferred dipping sauces.
