07 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
11 - Salt to taste

12 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
13 - 30 g ketchup (optional, for glaze)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, optional green bell pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until homogenous.
03 - Portion mixture into approximately 2.5 cm diameter meatballs by rolling with hands.
04 - Space meatballs evenly on prepared baking sheet to avoid crowding.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges brown and internal temperature reaches 71°C.
06 - About 5 minutes before baking completion, brush meatballs with a glaze made from 30 g ketchup and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
07 - Remove from oven and let rest briefly before serving warm with preferred dipping sauces.
