Sausage Green Beans Potatoes (Printable Version)

Get sausage, green beans, and potatoes cooking in one pan for an easy, hearty dinner with zero fuss.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound pre-cooked andouille sausage or kielbasa, sliced
02 - 1 yellow onion, sliced
03 - 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
04 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, sliced

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Finish

10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Once everything's done, sprinkle chopped parsley on top and eat while it's hot.
02 - Slide the pan into your hot oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Give everything a good mix in the middle so it cooks evenly and gets that toasty color. Potatoes should be super soft, sausage browned up.
03 - Line your baking sheet with parchment, then dump out the coated stuff and spread it out so it’s all on one layer. This helps everything roast up nicely.
04 - Mix everything together so every piece gets a nice, even coating of the oil and spices.
05 - Pour olive oil all over, then shake in garlic powder, some salt, Italian blend, and pepper.
06 - Dump the sliced sausage, onion, green beans, and potatoes in a big bowl.
07 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s ready to go when you are.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Best way to get everything crispy is to keep the sausage and veggies spread out and not piled up on your baking sheet.
02 - Give everything a stir halfway through roasting. Helps keep things from burning and gets those good brown bits everywhere.
03 - Taste and tweak the spices before you pop it in the oven if you want more (or less).
04 - Want it lighter? Use turkey sausage instead of the classic kind.
