# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1 pre-made pizza crust
02 - 15 ml olive oil for brushing

03 - 454 g breakfast sausage, casings removed
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 60 ml milk
06 - Salt and black pepper to taste
07 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 57 g shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 15 g chopped green onions (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven to 220°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush lightly with olive oil.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it apart until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat as needed.
04 - Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the same skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring gently until eggs are just set. Remove from heat.
05 - Spread cooked sausage evenly over the crust, followed by the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
06 - Bake the assembled pizza in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and crust is golden.
