Heat olive oil in the same frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and cook gently while stirring occasionally until eggs are softly scrambled and slightly runny, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to preferred thickness and transfer onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Evenly distribute cooked sausage over the dough, layer with scrambled eggs, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
