# Ingredients Required:

01 - 340 g pre-made pizza dough

→ Meat

02 - 225 g breakfast sausage

→ Egg Mixture

03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 60 ml whole milk
05 - 1.25 ml salt
06 - 1.25 ml ground black pepper

→ Cheese

07 - 60 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

→ Fats & Oils

08 - 30 ml olive oil

→ Garnish

09 - Chopped green onions or parsley (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven temperature to 220°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add breakfast sausage, and cook while breaking into small pieces until browned and fully cooked, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until homogenous.
04 - Heat olive oil in the same frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and cook gently while stirring occasionally until eggs are softly scrambled and slightly runny, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
05 - Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to preferred thickness and transfer onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
06 - Evenly distribute cooked sausage over the dough, layer with scrambled eggs, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
07 - Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Remove from oven, let cool briefly, slice, and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley as desired.
