Separate the prosciutto slices and lay flat. Drain mozzarella balls and halve if large for easier wrapping.

Place one mozzarella ball at the center of each prosciutto slice, then carefully wrap to fully enclose the cheese.

Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.

Lightly brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over each prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella bite.

Arrange wrapped bites evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and golden.
