01 - 1 package prosciutto slices
02 - 340 grams mozzarella balls

→ Seasoning

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - Separate the prosciutto slices and lay flat. Drain mozzarella balls and halve if large for easier wrapping.
03 - Place one mozzarella ball at the center of each prosciutto slice, then carefully wrap to fully enclose the cheese.
04 - Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.
05 - Lightly brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over each prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella bite.
06 - Arrange wrapped bites evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and golden.
07 - Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes. Optionally, sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the bites before serving.
08 - Serve warm immediately and enjoy.
