Minty Peach Lemonade (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruits and Aromatics

01 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, plus more for topping
02 - 4 to 5 ripe peaches

→ Lemonade Base

03 - 2 litres store-bought lemonade or a batch of homemade

# How to Make It:

01 - Drop in those saved peach slices, a few mint sprigs, and some lemon rounds. Pour your drink into glasses of ice, top with a little peach and mint if you want, and you're good to go.
02 - Take your blended peach mix and pour it through a mesh strainer into your big jug. Toss in the rest of the lemonade and give everything a good stir.
03 - Toss the peach slices (not the ones for garnish), a tablespoon of mint, and about 250 ml lemonade in your blender. Blend till everything's all mixed and smooth.
04 - Wash the peaches well, slice 'em up, and take out the pits. Set aside a handful of slices for tossing in at the end—either in the jug or your glass.
05 - Chill two litres of lemonade—homemade your way or the best stuff from the store—in the fridge, so it gets nice and cold.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Dial down the sweetness if you want—just use unsweetened lemonade and sweeten how you like. Wait to add ice till you’re ready to pour, so your drink stays bold in taste instead of watery.
