Minty Peach Lemonade (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Peach Lemonade Essentials

01 - A handful of fresh mint leaves (15 ml), and extra if you want to decorate
02 - 4 or 5 juicy peaches, nice and ripe
03 - 2 litres chilled lemonade—store-bought or homemade, your call

# How to Make It:

01 - Drop some ice in each glass before pouring for a frosty drink topped with peach slices and mint leaves.
02 - Dump in the rest of the lemonade into your pitcher. Toss in the peach-mint blend. Give it a real good stir. For style, pop in the slices of peach you saved and a few lemon wheels.
03 - Run your peach mix through a fine sieve into a big pitcher for a smoother sip. If you don’t mind pulp, skip this step.
04 - Take your sliced peaches (except the ones you kept aside). Add them to the blender with the mint and about 250 ml lemonade. Blend till it’s totally smooth.
05 - Rinse the peaches. Slice them up, remove the pits, and set aside a quarter of the slices for garnishing.
06 - Make your favorite lemonade or just grab 2 litres of ready-to-drink lemonade. Stick it in the fridge if you want it nice and cold.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Just before serving, toss in some thin lemon wheels and fresh mint for a pop of color.
02 - Don’t let your drink get watery—put the ice in each cup instead of the main pitcher.
