02 - 48 Oreo cookies, crushed up real fine

→ Cream Cheese Layer

03 - 6 Oreo cookies, crushed up
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 225 grams whipped topping (just thaw if frozen)
06 - 90 grams powdered sugar
07 - 340 grams cream cheese, let it sit out to soften

→ Pudding Layer

08 - 6 Oreo cookies, crumbled up
09 - 220 grams instant chocolate pudding mix
10 - 720 millilitres whole milk or half and half

→ Topping

11 - 12 Oreo cookies, smash them up fine
12 - 225 grams whipped topping (Cool Whip style), thawed

# How to Make It:

01 - Pop it in the fridge for at least four hours so all those layers can firm up before you cut into it.
02 - Spread that leftover whipped topping on top, then toss on the crushed Oreos to cover everything up.
03 - Whisk the pudding mix with half and half or milk until it's thick and creamy, then gently fold in the extra crushed cookies. Cover the cream cheese bit with this pudding, and chill it for about five minutes.
04 - Take your softened cream cheese and mix it up with the powdered sugar until it's all smooth. Add in both the vanilla and the whipped topping, making sure everything is fluffy and combined. Scoop in the crushed Oreos, fold them through, then spread this mix onto the chilled crust. Put that dish right back in the fridge.
05 - Mix your melted butter with those crushed Oreo cookies in a bowl until it looks like damp sand. Tip this into a 23x33 cm pan, squish it down flat, then stick it in the fridge while you get the other layers sorted.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Let that cream cheese soften up on the counter to avoid lumps in your filling.
02 - Overnight chilling helps everything set up nicely and slice cleanly.
