                Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan.

                Remove from heat and add black tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Allow to steep for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.

                Stir in granulated sugar or honey until fully dissolved. Add fresh orange juice and a few orange slices.

                Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

                Pour the iced tea over glasses filled with ice and garnish each with additional orange slices.
