Mediterranean Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

Tender chicken and fresh veggies wrapped in whole wheat with herb-infused yogurt and feta cheese.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Wrap Filling

01 - 300 g cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
02 - 4 large whole wheat wraps
03 - 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 120 g cucumber, diced
05 - 60 g red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 15 g fresh dill, chopped
08 - 120 g crumbled feta cheese

→ Sauce

09 - 240 g Greek yogurt
10 - 15 ml olive oil
11 - 5 g garlic powder
12 - 5 g dried oregano
13 - 2.5 g paprika
14 - Juice of 1 lemon
15 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cooked chicken, sprinkle with paprika, and toss to coat evenly. Heat for 3–4 minutes until warmed through and infused with spices.
03 - Dice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, thinly slice red onion, and finely chop fresh parsley and dill to prepare fresh, crisp topping ingredients.
04 - Lay each whole wheat wrap flat and spread 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt sauce in the center. Layer on seasoned chicken followed by cucumber, tomatoes, onions, parsley, dill, and a sprinkling of crumbled feta cheese.
05 - Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately, optionally with hummus or a crisp green salad.
