# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1 whole turkey, 1.8–2.3 kg

→ Glaze

02 - 80 ml pure maple syrup
03 - 45 ml Dijon mustard
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
06 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

10 - 45 ml olive oil or melted butter
11 - 120 ml low-sodium chicken broth

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven to 190°C. Position the turkey in a roasting pan, breast side up.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Rub the entire turkey with olive oil or melted butter. Brush half of the glaze over the skin evenly.
04 - Pour chicken broth into the pan base. Roast uncovered for 90 to 120 minutes, basting the turkey with remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
05 - Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest thigh section and confirm it reaches 74°C.
06 - Remove from oven, loosely cover with foil, and rest for 15 minutes prior to carving.
