# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground Italian sausage and chopped onion until the meat is browned and the onions have softened, then drain excess grease.
03 - Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the softened cream cheese until it melts completely.
04 - Mix in the ricotta and grated Parmesan cheese thoroughly, then set the filling aside to cool.
05 - On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form the shredded mozzarella cheese into 8 evenly sized circles.
06 - Bake the cheese circles for 6 to 8 minutes until the edges begin to brown and develop a crispy texture.
