01 - 2 thinly sliced chicken breasts
02 - 60 ml pickle juice
03 - 60 ml milk
04 - 15 ml vegetable oil, for grilling

→ Honey BBQ Mayonnaise

05 - 120 g mayonnaise
06 - 30 ml honey
07 - 30 ml BBQ sauce
08 - 5 ml Dijon mustard
09 - 5 ml lemon juice
10 - 1.25 ml smoked paprika

→ Sandwich Fillings

11 - 4 slices bacon
12 - 2 slices cheese
13 - Lettuce leaves
14 - Tomato slices

→ Bread

15 - 2 multigrain or brioche buns
16 - Butter, for toasting buns

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create thin fillets.
02 - Combine pickle juice and milk in a bowl. Submerge chicken fillets and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
03 - Mix mayonnaise, honey, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
05 - Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry. Grill each side for 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
06 - During the final minute of grilling, place a slice of cheese on each fillet and allow it to melt.
07 - Lightly butter the cut sides of buns and toast them in a hot skillet or on the grill until golden and crisp.
08 - Spread honey BBQ mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Layer lettuce and tomato, then add grilled chicken with melted cheese. Top with crispy bacon and more sauce if desired, then cap with the top bun.
09 - Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
