03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 0.75 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Sauce

07 - 60 milliliters hot honey

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 230°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the salmon pieces in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss to coat evenly.
03 - Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper over the salmon. Stir gently to ensure all pieces are evenly seasoned.
04 - Transfer the salmon onto the prepared baking sheet, arranging in a single layer for even cooking.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until partially cooked.
06 - Remove the baking sheet from the oven and gather salmon pieces into a single pile. Drizzle hot honey over and gently stir to coat thoroughly.
07 - Spread the salmon back into a single layer and broil until golden brown, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
08 - Remove from oven and serve immediately, optionally accompanied by rice, avocado, and cucumber with additional honey drizzled if desired.
