04 - Salt, however much works for you
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
07 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped up
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Cheeses

09 - Parmesan cheese (grated) for sprinkling at the end
10 - 1/2 cup creamy ricotta cheese
11 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Base

12 - 1 big loaf of garlic bread (grab it from the store or make your own)

# How to Make It:

01 - Let it chill for a minute, then slice it up. Toss some fresh basil or more Parmesan over the top if you're feeling fancy, then dig in.
02 - Take your bread out and right away pour that spicy honey all across the surface.
03 - Pop the loaded bread back in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. You want the cheese bubbling and turning that golden color.
04 - Sprinkle a thick layer of mozzarella on top of the ricotta.
05 - Spread blobs of creamy ricotta evenly all over the covered bread.
06 - Slather the garlicky oil mixture all across the bread so it’s well coated.
07 - Stir together olive oil, the chopped garlic, crushed red pepper, dried oregano, and a good shake of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
08 - If your garlic bread is frozen, bake it by what the package says until it's firming up but not totally cooked—about 5-7 minutes. Pull it out when ready.
09 - Crank your oven up to 400°F (200°C) and wait till it's hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Slice after it sits a minute, so the cheese won’t slide right off.
