Pop the loaded bread back in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. You want the cheese bubbling and turning that golden color.

Slather the garlicky oil mixture all across the bread so it’s well coated.

Stir together olive oil, the chopped garlic, crushed red pepper, dried oregano, and a good shake of salt and pepper in a small bowl.

If your garlic bread is frozen, bake it by what the package says until it's firming up but not totally cooked—about 5-7 minutes. Pull it out when ready.
