In a large bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Add the seasoned steak cubes and toss to coat thoroughly. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and sizzling. Arrange marinated steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side to develop a brown crust. Cook in batches if necessary to prevent overcrowding.

Reduce heat to medium. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
