# Ingredients Required:

→ Protein

01 - 454 g sirloin steak, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

→ Sauce and Seasoning

02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
06 - Salt, to taste

→ Fats

07 - 56 g unsalted butter, divided

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels, then season evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Add the seasoned steak cubes and toss to coat thoroughly. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
03 - Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and sizzling. Arrange marinated steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side to develop a brown crust. Cook in batches if necessary to prevent overcrowding.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
05 - Remove skillet from heat and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until fully melted and integrated. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Patting the meat dry ensures a better sear by reducing moisture on the surface.
