Honey Garlic Salmon Veggies (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

→ Sauce

01 - 30 ml honey
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 15 g fresh dill, chopped
05 - 0.5 g salt (adjust to taste)
06 - 0.5 g black pepper (adjust to taste)

→ Main

07 - 900 g salmon fillet

→ Vegetables

08 - 2 medium zucchini, sliced
09 - 12 cocktail tomatoes

→ Additional

10 - 15 ml olive oil
11 - 1 lemon, sliced (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and half of the salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillet. Place the salmon at the center of the baking sheet and optionally top with lemon slices.
03 - Season the sliced zucchini and cocktail tomatoes with the remaining salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and arrange them evenly around the salmon on the baking sheet.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
05 - Switch the oven to broil and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the top is lightly browned, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
06 - Remove from oven and serve immediately.
