01 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 80 milliliters honey
04 - 120 milliliters low sodium ketchup
05 - 120 milliliters low sodium soy sauce
06 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 0.5 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Place chicken thighs evenly at the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, dried oregano, and chopped parsley until fully blended.
03 - Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. Cover with lid and cook on LOW heat for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH heat for 3 to 4 hours.
04 - Remove the lid, transfer chicken to a serving plate, spoon remaining sauce over the top, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
