01 - 454 g ground beef
02 - 5 g salt
03 - 5 g black pepper
04 - 5 g garlic powder
05 - 2.5 g onion powder
06 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

→ Cheese

07 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Dough and Toppings

09 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (approximately 8 biscuits)
10 - 60 g butter, melted
11 - 30 g finely minced garlic
12 - 15 g chopped fresh parsley

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 190°C and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula until fully cooked, then drain the excess fat.
03 - Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the cooked beef, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully incorporated.
04 - Roll out each biscuit to approximately 0.6 cm thickness. Place about 30 ml of the cheesy beef mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
05 - Carefully fold the biscuit dough edges around the filling, pinching securely to seal and form a ball. Arrange each with the seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each formed bomb.
07 - Evenly sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each bomb.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
09 - Finish by garnishing with chopped fresh parsley prior to serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure to pinch the dough edges tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
