01 - 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (approx. 680g)

→ Marinade

02 - 4 tbsp minced green onions (approx. 4 stalks)
03 - 2 tbsp white miso paste
04 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
05 - 2 tbsp mirin
06 - 1 tbsp honey
07 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic

09 - Chopped green onions
10 - Fresh cilantro

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine mirin, white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly to form a uniform marinade.
02 - Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Massage well to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the miso mixture.
03 - Line the air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil to facilitate easy cleanup and prevent sticking.
04 - Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer. Pour remaining marinade over the chicken to maintain juiciness. Air fry at 160°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
05 - Broil chicken for 2 minutes to develop a golden crust. Confirm internal temperature reaches 74°C before serving.
06 - Baste chicken with residual juices, garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro, then serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Instead of air frying, preheat oven to 190°C, line baking tray with parchment paper, and bake chicken for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for 2 minutes for crust. Use a thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 74°C.
