Combine cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.

Roll pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a flat surface.

Evenly spread the beef and cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Carefully roll the dough tightly from one side to form a log; pinch edges to seal.

Cut the log into approximately 2.5 cm thick rollups and arrange cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Mix melted butter with minced garlic; brush mixture over each rollup.
