03 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 60 g softened cream cheese

05 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
06 - 5 g garlic powder
07 - 2.5 g onion powder
08 - 2.5 g salt
09 - 1.25 g freshly ground black pepper

→ Dough and Toppings

10 - 1 tube (392 g) refrigerated pizza dough
11 - 30 g unsalted butter, melted
12 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
03 - Combine cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.
04 - Roll pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a flat surface.
05 - Evenly spread the beef and cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
06 - Carefully roll the dough tightly from one side to form a log; pinch edges to seal.
07 - Cut the log into approximately 2.5 cm thick rollups and arrange cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
08 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic; brush mixture over each rollup.
09 - Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
10 - Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then optionally sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
11 - Serve warm.
