Brownie Sticks Dip (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Red Velvet Squares

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1 tablespoon red food coloring
07 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
08 - 1 cup melted unsalted butter

→ Sweet Cream Dip

09 - 1/2 cup whipped heavy cream
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
12 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Stick parchment paper inside a 9x13-inch pan then get your oven going at 350°F (177°C).
02 - Toss together melted butter, sugar, red food coloring, and vanilla with a whisk. One at a time, add the eggs and beat in until blended. Dump in salt, cocoa powder, and flour, then fold gently until there aren’t any dry bits left.
03 - Scoop out the batter and spread it evenly in the lined pan. Slide it into the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Poke the middle with a toothpick—it should come out with slightly sticky crumbs. Once done, let them hang out until cool before slicing.
04 - Blend the vanilla, powdered sugar, and soft cream cheese until it’s fluffy and light. Now gently mix in the whipped cream so everything’s smooth.
05 - Put the sliced brownie bars on a plate and drop the bowl of creamy dip next to them so everyone can scoop away.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Go all out and pour on some melted white chocolate if that’s your thing.
02 - Crushed pecans add a nice crunch—try it if you’re into nuts.
03 - This one’s a total crowd-pleaser for chill hangouts or party treats.
