01 - 2 cups frozen peach slices
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
03 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup, to taste
04 - 1 cup ice cubes
05 - 1/2 cup cold water, plus more as needed

06 - Lemon slices, for garnish
07 - Peach wedges, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Juice the lemons and measure the frozen peach slices.
02 - In a high-speed blender, add frozen peaches, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, ice, and cold water.
03 - Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy. Add more water as needed to achieve the preferred texture.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
05 - Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices, peach wedges, and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a sparkling version, stir in chilled sparkling water after blending. To make ahead, freeze the mixture in an airtight container and re-blend with a splash of water before serving.
