11 - 1-2 tsp hot sauce (Louisiana style works well)
12 - 1/2 medium diced white onion

→ Toppings / Serving

13 - 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
14 - 5 strips crispy cooked bacon, chopped up
15 - 2 chopped green onions (use both parts)
16 - Frito's Scoops for dipping

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it heat up.
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in the soft cream cheese, cooked beef, and all the other base ingredients. Stir it all up till it's nice and smooth. Give it a taste and add more seasoning if you want.
03 - Dump the mixture into a greased 10-inch skillet (cast iron works best). Sprinkle the extra cheddar on top and pop it in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
04 - Take it out, scatter the bacon pieces on top, and stick it back in the oven. Cook until you see bubbles around the edges, about 3-4 minutes more.
05 - Pull it out and scatter green onions all over. Serve it while it's hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want to make it even better? Try sprinkling some crushed Chili Cheese Frito's on top with the bacon and green onions for extra crunch and flavor.
