# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until nearly crisp. Add pork chorizo, break it apart with the back of a spoon, and continue cooking until chorizo is almost crispy.
02 - Blend cooked pinto beans with chipotle chiles until smooth using a blender or immersion blender. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the cooked chorizo and stir to combine evenly.
03 - Incorporate shredded cheese and diced pickled jalapeños into the bean and meat mixture. Stir well and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
04 - Serve hot alongside tortilla chips as an appetizer or as a side accompaniment to your main dish.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Adjust chipotle pepper quantity to control dish spiciness.
02 - For a vegetarian variation, omit chorizo and bacon; add smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
03 - Any melting cheese may be substituted to suit preference.
