Fluffy Garlic Swirl Rolls (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

→ Dough

01 - 480 g all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tsp active dry yeast
03 - 240 ml warm water
04 - 2 tbsp granulated sugar
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - 60 ml olive oil

→ Filling

07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 115 g unsalted butter
09 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Topping

11 - 30 g unsalted butter

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water; let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
02 - Combine flour, salt, olive oil, and activated yeast mixture. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
03 - Mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan. Allow the mixture to cool if warm.
04 - Roll out dough into a rectangle, evenly spread the garlic butter filling, then roll tightly and slice into individual rolls.
05 - Place sliced rolls in a greased pan and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 30–40 minutes.
06 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake rolls for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - Remove from oven, brush with melted butter, cool slightly, and serve warm.
