Filet Mignon Shrimp Lobster (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Steak

01 - 4 filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each)
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 2 tablespoons butter or oil for cooking

→ Seafood and Sauce

04 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
05 - 8 oz lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 4 tablespoons butter
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - ¼ cup white wine (optional)
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Generously season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Remove steaks and let rest.
02 - In the same skillet, add more butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove seafood and set aside.
03 - Pour white wine into the skillet to deglaze, scraping up brown bits, if using. Add heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Return seafood to the skillet to warm through in the sauce.
04 - Place each filet mignon on a plate and spoon the shrimp and lobster cream sauce generously on top. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with preferred sides.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Allow steaks to rest after cooking to retain juices.
