A creamy blend of coffee, banana, nut butter, and yogurt for a quick energizing start.

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 360 ml cold brew coffee or cooled freshly brewed coffee

→ Fruits

02 - 1 frozen banana
03 - 5-6 pitted dates

04 - 180 ml unsweetened Greek yogurt

→ Nut Butters & Sweeteners

05 - 2 tablespoons natural nut butter
06 - 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
07 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup

08 - Pinch of salt
09 - 1 serving protein powder (optional)
10 - 120 ml ice cubes (adjustable for desired thickness)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine coffee, banana, Greek yogurt, nut butter, pitted dates, salt, ice, and optional protein powder in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
02 - While blending, mix natural peanut butter and maple syrup in a small bowl to create a faux caramel sauce.
