# Ingredients Required:

01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Sauce

02 - 120 ml pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 113 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - Optional: grated parmesan cheese

→ Toppings

05 - 60 g pepperoni slices or diced cooked ham
06 - 60 g chopped bell peppers
07 - 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - Optional: red pepper flakes
09 - Optional: fresh basil leaves

→ Finishing

10 - Olive oil for brushing

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over each.
03 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over sauce, then distribute pepperoni, bell peppers, and oregano on top.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and slice into 2.5 cm thick pieces.
05 - Place slices cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush tops lightly with olive oil.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
