# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1 package prosciutto (approximately 100 g)

→ Dairy

02 - 340 g mozzarella balls

→ Seasonings

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g)

→ Herbs (optional)

07 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (4 g)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - Open the prosciutto package and gently separate the slices, laying them flat on a clean surface.
03 - Drain any excess liquid from the mozzarella balls. If large, cut them in half for easier wrapping.
04 - Place one mozzarella ball in the center of each prosciutto slice and carefully wrap it around, ensuring complete enclosure.
05 - Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.
06 - Lightly brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over each prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella bite using a brush or spoon.
07 - Place the wrapped bites on the prepared baking sheet spaced slightly apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and golden.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top if desired before serving.
