# Ingredients Required:

01 - 450 grams ground beef or lamb

→ Vegetables and Herbs

02 - 1 small onion, grated
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - Fresh parsley, chopped
05 - Fresh cilantro, chopped

→ Spices

06 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
07 - 1 teaspoon ground coriander
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika
11 - Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a bowl, thoroughly mix ground meat with grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cilantro, and all spices. Season with salt and black pepper.
02 - Form the mixture into elongated shapes and thread them evenly onto skewers.
03 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the skewers until the meat is browned and fully cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
04 - Remove from grill and serve immediately while hot.
