03 - 45 milliliters pure maple syrup
04 - 30 milliliters smooth Dijon mustard
05 - 30 milliliters olive oil
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the sliced carrots and chopped apple pieces into a large mixing bowl.
