Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 240 g cooked shredded or chopped chicken
02 - 15 ml olive oil
03 - 5 g garlic powder
04 - 2.5 g onion powder
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
06 - 170 g shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 60 g softened cream cheese
09 - 30 g mayonnaise
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Wrap & Assembly

11 - 4 large flour tortillas
12 - 30 g melted butter
13 - 5 g minced garlic
14 - Optional: baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until creamy and cohesive.
02 - Place tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon one-quarter of the filling into the center of each. Add optional vegetables if desired. Fold sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
03 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the outside of each wrap generously with the mixture.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp, and the cheese inside is melted.
05 - Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with a dipping sauce such as ranch or garlic aioli.
