Caesar Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Wrap Filling

01 - Use as much black pepper as you like, freshly ground
02 - 320 g chicken breast cooked and chopped
03 - 100 g halved cherry tomatoes
04 - 25 g freshly grated Parmesan
05 - 120 ml of your favourite Caesar dressing
06 - 210 g Romaine lettuce cut up small
07 - 30 g crunchy croutons

→ Wrap

08 - 5 large flour tortillas (whole wheat is fine too)

# How to Make It:

01 - Once your tortilla is stuffed up, roll it from the side near you. Keep it tight so stuff doesn't spill out. Pop in a toothpick if you need it to stay together.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat in front of you. Pile some filling close to one edge, making it easier to roll up.
03 - Put chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, Parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing in a big bowl. Sprinkle with pepper then give everything a soft toss so it all gets coated.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Chilling your ingredients before helps make sure every bite is crunchy and fresh. It also stops the tortillas from going soggy quickly.
02 - Pick whole wheat tortillas if you want more fibre in your wrap.
