Let the chips hang out on the baking sheet for a few minutes once they’re done before grabbing a handful.

Pop the sheet in the oven that’s already hot and bake those cheesy chips for around 15 to 20 minutes. The sides should go crisp and golden.

Scoop out heaps by the tablespoon onto your lined baking sheet, leaving some room between ’em. Flatten them out nice and thin using a spoon’s backside.

Toss cottage cheese, your shredded cheese, both powders, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix ’til it’s all blended.

Fire up your oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so nothing sticks.
